SOCCER ELECTRIC CAMPLIFY camps focus on fun, free play, skills work and small-sided games. Activities take place on a variety of playing surfaces, including blacktop, tiles, hardwood, concrete and grass.

*CAMP DESCRIPTION: We're teaming up again with the Denver Film, Denver East High School (2022 Boys Soccer 5A State Champs) and other local partners to organize the 9th annual “CAMPLIFY” (previously "Summer SOCCER and a MOVIE Camp") @ Denver East High School and Sie FilmCenter.
Campers play games and develop their soccer skills with experienced soccer coaches at Denver East High School's varsity soccer stadium in the mornings (approx. 9am - 11:15am), followed by lunch in the shade (approx. 11:30am - 12:15pm), outdoor ART / STEAM sessions with expert teachers on campus and closely supervised 10-minute walks to the Sie FilmCenter for age-appropriate movies (full camp schedule TBD and posted the week before camp / approx. 12:30pm - 4pm).
Campers receive a tee shirt and a ball and will be assigned to small training groups based on CDC / DPS COVID-19 protocols and soccer experience (coach / teacher to player / student ratio is 1:10 or better).

Join Denver-based Zookeeper, Wildlife Biologist, Conservationist, Children's Book Author, Animal Nerd and KACF Executive Director Dave Johnson and learn how KACF uses soccer and a passion for animals to work with communities around the world to save our remaining ecosystems and all of the creatures they contain.
- Artists in Residence @ The Art Garage / Movement + Art! Focus on dynamic movement, technical skills, music and creativity! Artists use their arms, legs and music to create art on a variety of surfaces, including pavement, grass and large paper too!
- Nature's Educators / Talon Talk! Discover the various types of birds of prey found all over the world, what it takes to care for a bird of prey, and learn how Nature's Educators is permitted to keep raptors.
- Wildlife Protection Solutions / Animals in Virtual Reality! Have you ever wondered how wild animals behave when there are no people around? Have you heard the sounds a white rhino can make? Do you know the special technique a warthog uses to enter its burrow? With WPS 360° Virtual Reality you can travel to Africa and see the unique behavior of wild elephants, lions, rhinos and many more amazing animals.
- Young Filmmakers Workshop with Evan Kruse, Creative Director @ DIVERSE / Want to learn how to shoot and edit powerful videos that convey emotion and tell a story? This workshop goes over the basics of crafting compelling narratives as well as production and post production tips. By the end of the workshop, camplifiers will have a solid foundation in storytelling and video editing, which they can use to create their own engaging stories and videos.
