COACH WITH US

SOCCER ELECTRIC coaches lead a wide range of youth soccer activities, training programs and games at pre-assigned client and partner sites. Our coaches develop and implement innovative soccer programs, including community and school fundraising events, tournaments, day camps, clinics, training sessions and related support activities. Every SOCCER ELECTRIC project includes a stated and measurable commitment to the client's training objectives and player development mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and/or support soccer and futsal clinics/camps/classes with players/student-athletes
  • Lead elementary and middle school student-athletes in fun, creative skill sessions and games
  • Have access to reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned coaching projects and activities
  • Be highly personable, energetic and work well and independently with kids, parents and client staff

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with small and large groups of children in schools, community events, camps and clinic settings
  • Enthusiastic about coaching and working with kids and partners across a broad range of backgrounds
  • Effective and proven management skills, with coaching experience and licenses preferred (USSF, USC)
  • Professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality and reliability
  • Current Background Check (or prepared to work with SOCCER ELECTRIC to secure one)
  • Bi-lingual/fluent in English and Spanish preferred
